Founder Story
Hi, I’m Amy, the creator of Wholesome & Wander. My interest in wellbeing began through my background in naturopathy and acupuncture, where I developed a deep appreciation for the connection between lifestyle, nutrition, nature and overall health. Over time, that interest expanded beyond clinical practice into a broader passion for living well – from simple wellness habits and nourishing food to meaningful travel and time spent in nature.
Wholesome & Wander grew from that perspective: a place to share ideas, discoveries and resources that support a balanced, wholesome and inspired way of living.
